078 – DC vs. Marvel
The big two comic book publishers come together to make what was billed as the greatest crossover in the history of superhero comics. They put their best writers and artists on the project, and had readers vote on the outcomes of matchups long asked for by fans: Silver Surfer vs. Green Lantern, Lobo vs. Wolverine, and Batman vs. Captain America, to name a few. What the reader gets instead is a deeply disappointing, sometimes disturbingly out-of-touch comic book. If only it hadn’t been written in the 90’s, maybe it could have had a shot at being more than a steaming pile. For more information, visit www.AtomicPoweredSuperCast.com!
